We also ship internationally to other countries, where standard shipping charges will apply and are calculated at checkout.

To reflect this, every product is carefully packaged in elegant boxes with the relevant tags, ensuring it arrives just as beautifully as it appears on our website. Please inspect your package upon arrival for any signs of damage or tampering before accepting or signing for the delivery.

Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within up to 3 days.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
• During busy periods, such as holidays, processing and shipping may experience delays due to reduced working days of our delivery partners.

Delivery Information:

• Delivery times:
  • India & UAE: 7 days
  • Other international destinations: 7–10 days
• We do not ship to PO boxes, military addresses, or certain rural locations, which may require additional delivery time.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for India and the UAE only.
• Import Duties & Taxes:
  • UAE: Handled by our local partner, RAA General Trading LLC.
  • Other countries: Shipping fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Important Shipping Information:

• If your package arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at customercare@riverbendshoes.com. We will arrange for a replacement as quickly as possible.
