We offer a 7-day Return and Exchange Policy on eligible items from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To maintain our high standards, items must meet the following conditions for return or exchange:
Unused and Pristine Condition: All items should be unworn, with tags, labels, and original packaging intact. Shoes must be free of any signs of wear, such as wrinkles, scratches, or marks on the sole or upper.
Try-on Care: Please try on your shoes carefully, walking only a few steps on a carpeted surface to avoid marking the leather or soles.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Sizing Assistance: Share photos showing the fit (including gaps) along with your order number via WhatsApp at +91 90805 04652. Our team will respond with recommendations within 24 hours.
Approval Required: Returns or exchanges must be approved by our team before sending the item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Reverse Pickup & Shipping Responsibility
India & UAE Customers: Reverse pickup is available. A nominal pickup fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
International Customers: Customers are required to arrange return shipping at their own cost.
Defective/Wrong Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please inform us within 7 days. In such cases, RIVERBEND will bear the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or exchange.
Additional Policy Details
Final Sale Items: Products marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Customized Orders: Special/custom orders (e.g., color changes, sizing adjustments) are not eligible for refunds. Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Second Exchanges: A shipping fee will apply for any second exchange request. Refunds are not available on second exchanges.
Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to available inventory.
Refunds and Timelines
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after receiving and inspecting your returned item.
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Non-refundable Costs: International shipping fees, reverse pickup fees, and customs duties (if applicable) are non-refundable.
