To maintain our high standards, items must meet the following conditions for return or exchange:

• Unused and Pristine Condition: All items should be unworn, with tags, labels, and original packaging intact. Shoes must be free of any signs of wear, such as wrinkles, scratches, or marks on the sole or upper.
• Try-on Care: Please try on your shoes carefully, walking only a few steps on a carpeted surface to avoid marking the leather or soles.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

• Sizing Assistance: For guidance on sizing, share photos showing the fit of the shoes (especially any gaps) along with your order number via WhatsApp at +91 90038 50628. Our team will review and respond with recommendations within 24 hours.

Additional Policy Details

• Items Marked Final Sale: Products labeled as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Discount codes alone do not qualify an item as final sale unless noted on the product page.
• Second Exchanges: A shipping fee will apply for any second exchange requests, and returns will not be accepted after a second exchange.
• Subject to Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to available stock.

Refunds and Timelines
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days from the receipt of your return and upon completion of our quality inspection. You’ll receive a confirmation once the refund is issued.

Reverse Pickup and Associated Fees
If you’d like us to arrange a reverse pickup, applicable charges will vary based on your location and will be deducted from your refund amount.

Quality Check Assurance
